Private Label Sk.in (“PLS”) wants to celebrate and congratulate the most recent class of Jobs for Life graduates. Jobs for Life (“JfL”) is a global non-profit organization that engages and equips churches to help prepare people for meaningful work.
PLS sponsored the second Jobs for Life class held at Calvary Church in Clearwater, FL. PLS CEO Eric Pogue served as Calvary’s Site Leader for the class. “I was introduced to Jobs for Life in 2014 and it has been a wonderful ministry for those seeking meaningful work. Work is key to a person’s dignity, happiness, and a sense of self-worth. I am thrilled that PLS embraced JfL, became a corporate sponsor, and that community service is a part of our overall mission and values.”
The Jobs for Life class included a diverse set of students and volunteers. The sixteen-class curriculum was conducted over two months concluding with the class graduation on November 15th. Approximately twenty people participated in Calvary’s second class.
Other local businesses that participated in JfL included Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Sports Facilities Advisory Management, Wilkes and McHugh, Siesta Coast Capital, LLC, PrideStaff, and Park Construction.
